The first hat I received had some manufacturing flaws, I told the support folks that I was disappointed, and they immediately said they would send me a new one at no charge. They did just that and the new hat is as advertised, it's my new go to.

I’ve rated this as love it with a caveat. This hat is for my 13 yr old, I know he will love it if we ever receive it. I have the same hat and he wants to wear it all the time. USPS is flipping terrible, I’ve received 4 different emails saying it has left Durham facility dating back to December 23. Can you believe our great country trusted these incompetent idiots to actually deliver ballots correctly?!? Love you guys you are great Americans and you keep us laughing and smiling!
