HORRIBLE FULFILLMENT DEPARTMENT! Took 41 days to receive my order. When I sent email to get info, all I got were excused with no expected delivery date. Advised them to cancel my order 3 times, they weren’t even able to do that. In fact, they didn’t respond. I requested my shipping charges be waived too...no response. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the process.
