Great Tumbler, high quality. I have owned one for a while and this one was purchased as a gift. Just keep in mind when ordering this item it might take as much as 6-8 weeks to come in.

Absolutely LOVE the product EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with customer service. I ordered this on 10/27 for a Christmas present for my veteran husband and didn't hear anything for weeks, I emailed and emailed and NOTHING. Finally I got a shipping notification right before Christmas saying 5-7 days. I didn't get it until 12/26 AFTER Christmas 2 months after I ordered it. I emailed at least 10 times. Didn't even get offered a discount or free shipping after it took 2 months. We're Veteran's and support the Hodge Twins but after this experience won't be purchasing any other items even thou I wanted to.

The tumbler arrived via FedEx and I opened the box to find the lid that I paid extra was in three pieces. I notified customer service by email within 15 minutes of my discovery and included a picture of the broken lid. I sent a follow on email the next day, Thursday, and have not heard back from customer service with a response.
