Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which they were received. This means the item must be unworn, unused, completely unopened, and free of any debris, residue, hair, pet hair, or signs of handling. You will also need your order number, which we can locate under your account if needed.
To start a return, please contact us at info@officialhodgetwins.com or by phone. Once you contact us, we will review your request and, if eligible, approve the return for shipment back to us and provide return instructions, including the correct return address.
Please note: Approval to send an item back does not guarantee approval of the return itself. All returns are subject to inspection once received by our returns department.
Once your return arrives, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. Apparel is shipped from our facility in sealed packaging, and items cannot be altered or tampered with prior to inspection.
If an item is found to be worn, used, opened, or contains hair, pet hair, debris, residue, or other signs of use, the return will be denied. In these cases, the item will be documented with photos for internal records and discarded for health and safety reasons. Items that do not pass inspection are not eligible for refund, exchange, or replacement.
Return shipping responsibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. If a prepaid return label is issued, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Unauthorized returns or packages sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Supplements
We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of Our Supplements, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for store credit, the product must be returned within 30 days and remain completely unopened. Opened items are not eligible and will void the return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need your order number.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card within 10 business days. The only times we issue a monetary refund to your original payment method are: (1) if you cancel an order before it has shipped; or (2) if we confirm the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item.

Subscription & Automatic Renewal Policy
Automatic Renewal Terms
Some products on our site are offered as subscriptions. When you enroll in a subscription, you agree to recurring charges at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout unless you cancel in accordance with this policy.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method for each billing period until the subscription is canceled.
All material subscription terms, including pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation instructions, are presented clearly before purchase.
Free & Promotional Subscription Offers
By enrolling in a free or promotional subscription offer (including but not limited to free first month, $1 first month, or any discounted introductory subscription), you agree to a minimum 14-day commitment period beginning on the date of enrollment. Subscription cancellations will not be processed during this 14-day period. After the 14-day commitment period has passed, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting our support team. This policy exists to prevent promotional abuse and to ensure all customers have a fair opportunity to experience the benefits of our products. By completing checkout on a promotional subscription offer, you acknowledge and accept this 14-day commitment period. This policy applies only to promotional and discounted subscription offers. Standard full-price subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing period selected at checkout. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period unless the subscription is canceled before the current billing cycle ends.
Once a billing period begins, the charge for that period is considered final and the associated order enters processing and fulfillment.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Canceling a subscription stops all future renewals and charges after the current billing cycle.
Canceling a subscription does not cancel or refund charges that have already been processed for the current billing period.
Charges After Renewal
If a subscription renewal charge has already been processed, a new billing cycle has begun.
If you contact us after a renewal charge occurs, we can cancel your subscription to prevent future billing. However:
• The charge for the current billing cycle will not be reversed
• The order associated with that billing cycle will still be processed and fulfilled
• Cancellation applies to future renewals only
This applies even if the order has not yet shipped, as the billing cycle has already started.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are not issued automatically for subscription orders once a billing cycle has begun.
If you are dissatisfied with a product received through a subscription renewal, you may request a return in accordance with our 30-day return policy. Once the product is received within the return window and meets return requirements, a refund may be issued based on that policy.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Promotional & Introductory Offers
From time to time, we may offer subscription promotions, including free or discounted introductory periods.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional subscriptions automatically renew at the regular subscription price and frequency disclosed at checkout unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing and contact information, including payment method details and shipping address. Failure to keep this information current may result in unsuccessful charges or delivery delays.
