Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note: Approved returns are issued as store credit (a digital gift card), not a refund to your original payment method, except in the specific cases listed under "Monetary Refunds" below. We display this policy at checkout so it's clear before you buy.

Return eligibility
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them:
• Apparel & accessories: unworn, unused, and free of debris, residue, or signs of handling. Items ship in sealed packaging and must not be altered or tampered with.
• Supplements: completely unopened. For health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned.
You'll also need your order number, which we can locate for you if needed.

How to start a return
Contact us at info@officialhodgetwins.com or by phone, or use our Return Portal. We'll review your request and, if eligible, approve it and send return instructions with the correct address. Please don't ship anything back before you're approved — unauthorized returns can't be accepted.

Inspection
Approval to ship an item back doesn't guarantee the return itself — all returns are inspected when they arrive. If an item is found worn, used, opened, or shows signs of use, the return will be denied and the item can't be refunded, exchanged, or replaced. Denied items are documented and, for health and safety reasons, discarded.

Monetary refunds
We issue a refund to your original payment method (instead of store credit) in two situations:
1. You cancel an order before it ships, or
2. We confirm the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item.
Approved store-credit returns are issued within 10 business days of passing inspection. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact us at info@officialhodgetwins.com.

Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Return shipping
Return shipping is handled case by case. If we issue a prepaid label, we cover the cost.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item for store credit and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Non-returnable items
Certain items can't be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Questions about a specific item? Just ask.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn/unused), and you'll need your order number.
