Automatic Renewal Terms
Some products on our site are offered as subscriptions. When you enroll, you agree to recurring charges at the price and frequency shown at checkout, until you cancel. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. All subscription terms — price, billing frequency, and how to cancel — are clearly presented and confirmed before you complete your purchase, and again in your order confirmation email.
Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing period you select at checkout. Your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period. Once a billing period begins, that period's charge is final and the associated order enters processing and fulfillment.
Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time — including during any free or promotional period — with no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment. Cancellation stops all future renewals. It takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, so you keep the product you've already paid for through that period.
To cancel, use whichever is easiest:
• Your online subscription management portal (fastest)
• Contacting our customer support team
If you have any trouble canceling online, our support team will cancel it for you.
Charges After a Renewal
If a renewal charge has already processed, a new billing period has begun. We'll cancel your subscription to stop all future charges, but:
• The charge for the current period is not reversed
• The order for that period will still be processed and shipped
• Cancellation applies to future renewals only
This applies even if the order has not yet shipped, because the billing period has already started.
Free & Promotional Offers
We sometimes offer free or discounted introductory subscriptions (for example, a free or $1 first month). Unless stated otherwise, these automatically renew at the regular subscription price and frequency shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time, including before your first renewal — just cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued automatically once a billing period has begun. If you're unhappy with a product from a subscription renewal, you may request a return under our 30-day Return Policy; if the returned product meets the requirements, store credit or a refund will be issued under that policy. Canceling a subscription does not by itself qualify an order for a refund.
Managing Your Subscription
Through your subscription management portal you can:
• View your next billing date
• Update your payment or shipping information
• Cancel your subscription
Changes made after a billing period has started apply to future billing periods.
Your Responsibilities
Please keep your billing and contact information current. Out-of-date payment or shipping details may cause failed charges or delivery delays.
