How bright is 700 lumens really?

Bright enough to light a whole work area or throw a beam about 100 metres down a trail. This is a real tool, not a novelty light.

How long does a charge last?

Up to about 2 hours on high and roughly 5 to 6 hours on low. It charges off any USB-C cable, the same one your phone or laptop uses.

Does it only work as a headlamp?

No. The light pops out of the head mount and clips to a pocket, a cap brim or a collar, and the magnet in the tailcap sticks it to any steel surface. Head strap, head mount, pocket clip and magnetic tailcap all come in the box.

What is the red light for?

It keeps your night vision. Double press to reach it. There is a steady red, a red strobe and a red SOS if you ever need help.

Can I replace the battery?

Yes. It takes a standard 16340 rechargeable cell and one is included. When it finally gives up in a few years you swap it instead of binning the light.
