I first started with one eye dropper full to a cup of water. Then I would have one or two cups of coffee. Then I'd have two eye droppers was in a cup of water and cups of coffee . But I noticed that my ADD would kick in just like I was a young kid high on sugar. I'm almost 60 year old man I have way more energy to complete physical task and my thought process and brain fog is gone. But physically I'm still a 60-year-old man that still gets sore and tired and have to take thing and stride have my own pace

Ship out what people order, I received wrong product,I have already contacted customer service, they are sending me out a bottle of blue like I ordered, the only thing I didn't like from CS was they told me it could take up to 2 weeks before I get it , ,sorry for this review , if you like to resend this back after 2 weeks and see if I have received my original order and am have tired your product, I would love to review for you . As of now not happy , made my order waited 10 days to be delivered,and it wasn't what I ordered,CS was fast reply to fix the mistake , and now I am waiting . OK, so I started with this methylene blue but then I got convinced that Blista was a more pure form. So I ordered three bottles I have first one was fine. I don’t mix mine with water. I shoot it right down the throat, went to the second bottle and it tasted like crap so I grabbed the first bottle compared it to the second bottle granted they were packaged the same and shipped together. The bottles were a different size. The diapers were a different shape and size and they said that they were all out of the same batch. How is this possible? Anyhow I threw away $80 and went back to my original and I’m happy thanks Hodge Twin and Semper Fi

I've always thought consuming things that change the color of your tongue a kid's thing. Now, as a 53 yr old, I'm sporting a blue tongue! I've noticed that it gives me energy.
