It's pretty Damn good! I take this alongside the immune defense, the capsules are a little big however the pill "casing" makes them easy to swallow. Prior to ordering this I just got off antibiotics that were supposed to help a potential tonsil infection which helped with the left side but then the ride side started developing soreness. I can't say 100% if it's because of these supplements but I no longer have any irritation or swelling in my throat what-so-ever. I'm just saying that time stamping it, it's a very strong coincidence. Keith, Kevin, keep doing a damn good job!
