Same as my last review. I started taking these alongside with the " Irish Sea moss . It's like Kevin and Keith, a damn good tag team. I had a possible tonsil infection prior to taking these and antibiotics helped the left side but not exactly the right side. I started taking both of these supplements together and let's just say that irritation or possible infection isnt anything I'm worried about anymore. Keep up the damn good work patriots!

I like it better when 1 capsule is 1 serving, but it have some damn good stuff in it.
