I’m 57 with some health issues and I’m here to support the sea moss and shilajit!! Finally getting back to normal. I got Covid 2 years ago, but I was left with long Covid. Two years later and I am still struggling with the life altering effects of long Covid. I have tried numerous different supplements and nothing helped, until I tried the Shilajit supplement. I am able to to the activities I love so much again. And alot of the brain fog has subsided.
